If you happen to be in Portland in the evening, Bar of Chocolate is THE place for dessert cocktails that make you feel oh-so-guilty.

Not a speakeasy but it sure feels like it. With brick walls and dimmed lighting, it almost feels underground. Great place to stop by for dessert after a night out or a dinner. It also helps that they’re open until 1 AM.
