Not your standard style of pizza you maybe used to. This spot offers a French twist on pizzas. You’ll find no mozzarella as the cheese of choice, but rather some French Emmental instead. Toppings too have a distinct French influence here to. All of this paired with a thin and super crispy base make for a tasty pizza with a difference. Also on the weekends they bake breads that are lovely.

Excellent pizza made in a wood-burning oven. Gilles uses Emmenthal cheese rather than mozzarella for additional texture and flavour
