North of the villa about 55 minutes drive is Mount Batur (Gunung Batur) which is an active volcano located in Batur village. It is 1,717m above sea level can be summited by fit hikers in around 2 hours. Enjoy an unforgettable sunrise from the top of the volcano and spectacular scenery along the way.
