It is one of the soul food of Osaka. It Udon. Noodle with deep-fried tofu and a bowl of rice topped with chicken and eggs is recommended.We broke it and do not eat.

Step into an oasis of calm amid Dōtombori's chaos to be welcomed by kimono-clad staff at one of the area's oldest and most revered udon specialists. Try kitsune udon – noodles topped with soup-soaked slices of fried tofu. Look for the traditional exterior, and the willow tree outside.
